Nothing
The internet never worked, I contacted front desk several times and was told it was because there were too many people trying to get on the same time. I tried the internet when there were no other cars in the parking lot and still could not get on the internet. Could smell the spoke from other people staying at the hotel even though it was non- smoking, they would stand right outside your door on the balcony and smoke. Did not like that the kids would play in the parking lot around cars. Did not like that the lights in the stairwells would not come on until after 10 pm.

This hotel is bad, I probably will never stay at another Travelodge because of this stay. The room was dark and the sheets were wrinkled. It cost $1 to use the phone to call a local number something I have never heard of before. There was only one entrance to the second floor which meant you parked on the opposite side of the hotel and carried your luggage up to the second floor going to the front of the building. As I previously stated it was bad.The bathroom was completely spray painted with a knobby type of paint, even the molding was sprayed this way.It is too bad , but next time I will choose something else then a travelodge.

Proximity to Mountaineer Field.
Overpriced, rude staff they knock on your door at 10am and several times after so you get out by 11am, services are non existent. Woke up late (12pm) had no maid service even though this overpriced room was paid well in advance.

Hard to find and smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free room and as it was a hot night and a noisy air conditioner it was not a very peaceful sleep

Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions regarding the area.
No hair conditioner was provided. But even motels that cost more don't provide that any more. Guess I will have to get used to providing my own. However, I think those convenience items that are expected for ones overnight usage should be a part of the room.

Good value for the price, liked being near the campus of West Virginia, we walked through the campus in the morning. A nice hidden lodge (away from the husstle and bussle of traffic).
No complaint, liked the location and setting near campus of West Virginia.

Staff were extremely helpful with all our questions about the university. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Modest breakfast which was fine since we were touring the campus.

It was located in walking distance of the event I was attending . . . and it was a very cold and icy night in Morgantown, so I happily avoided driving.
Not completely clean. Need better carpeting to keep floor warmer on cold days/nights.

The Desk Clerk (Antony) was a gracious, knowledgeable host. Well versed in Morgantown and especially wvu.
A little hard to locate if you don't know Morgantown. Gps put us on a closed street. Larger sign on University Ave would be very helpful.

We liked the price of the room. Was definately clean. The room did not have a smell to it like in previous reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and courteous. Worth the money that we paid. Would stay there again.

The room had a smell. You can tell the hotel was really old when Travelodge purchased it. They tried to cover it up with paint and fancy light fixtures but they didn't fool us. It was not a $100 room. It was more like a $50 room.
